You know Amy Bishop from her performances on CTV Canada's The Launch competition where she wowed the judges and left them a little speechless. You know she is one of Alberta's greatest singer/songwriters but you may not know she is a self confessed "Christmas Loving Junkie".

Amy Bishop’s voice is a combination of smooth pavement and rough gravel, with the ability to charm listeners with her sweet tones; yet stun audiences with the ability to hit any high note.

Amy, along with her trio, will be presenting her annual Christmas show at The Empress Theatre Friday Dec. 2 at 7:30 pm.

The show will be a jolly mix of songs from Amy' Christmas album, Christmas classics, a few sing along carols to get you into the spirit, and of course her blazing rendition of Cohen's iconic song Hallelujah.
